Make your own way to The Abbey Boutique Hotel, 8 Locke Street Warwick, planning to arrive by 5:30 pm for a welcome Cocktail Party.
Saturday 17 August
After a leisurely breakfast, visit the Warwick Museum - Pringle Cottage. Your room key will give you two-for-one entry.
11:15 am
Depart for Stanthorpe and the Queensland College of Wine and Tourism Varias Restaurant for a scrumptious Gourmet Barbeque Lunch.
After lunch visit some of the local wineries and stock up on some of the local produce.
Return to the Abbey Boutique Hotel for the night. Make your own arrangements for dinner (if you need it).
Sunday 18 August
After another leisurely breakfast, head to Leyburn for the final day of the Leyburn Sprints
Cost
The Abbey Boutique Hotel has 9 superior rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom at a cost of $280 per night,
In addition, there are three classic rooms, each with its own private bathroom, located down a hall, external to the room. These rooms range in cost from $175 to $245 per night.
Each of the above rooms can accommodate two adults. The room rate includes a light breakfast each morning.

Canapes that will be provided on the Friday evening between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm will cost $52 per person. Drinks will be available from a cash bar.
The Gourmet Barbeque Lunch at the Varias Restaurant will cost $53 per person.
The cost per couple will therefore range from $560 to $770

Special Dietary Requirements will be catered for as long as it is noted on your reservation form.
